Kraus-Anderson Construction has completed an 18,000-square-foot office complex for Grant County, located at Central Avenue and Division Street in Elbow Lake, Minnesota.
Designed by JLG Architects, the $5 million Government Services Center will house under one roof the county’s Social Services, Public Health, Veterans Services and Human Services departments.
The two-story office secured building features conference rooms, meeting rooms, offices, breakrooms and reception, and a public waiting area, and children’s waiting and play area.
The exterior of building has a large parking lot and a stone storefront with metal panels. The interior has glass panels walls sections in the meeting rooms.
