Jonathan Holth has joined JLG Architects as the company’s Community and Client Development Manager. A professional downtown and Main Street advocate, Holth will continue to bring individuals, neighborhoods, and cities together to identify solutions to big-picture challenges, while engaging a wide variety of JLG specialists in the creation of urban planning efforts that drive entrepreneurship and innovation.
“I have been drawn to JLG’s culture and the company’s commitment to strong community development and quality design and planning for some time,” said Holth. “I’m looking forward to continuing to build meaningful relationships and give back to the region as a part of a team with extensive resources and experience. I’m thrilled to be a part of the JLG team.”
Holth’s community service is extensive; most recently, he was the Interim President and CEO of Fargo’s Downtown Community Partnership in 2017, and provided Main Street consulting for several cities and towns throughout Minnesota and North Dakota. Holth was recently appointed by North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum to the Advisory Council for the Office of Recovery Reinvented, and currently sits on the Boards of Directors of The Grand Forks Region Economic Development Corporation, the University of North Dakota Alumni Association and Foundation, Evolve Grand Forks, and The Empire Arts Center, and chaired the Entrepreneurship Committee for the Valley Prosperity Partnership of the Red River Valley. He has been named a “40 Under 40” by Business Watch and Prairie Business magazines and a “4 Under 40” by the Greater Grand Forks Young Professionals.
Holth is also the co-owner of The Toasted Frog restaurants, and will remain in that role.
