ACME Tools Distribution Center

JLG Architects teamed with a long time client, ACME Tools, to expand the company’s ability to distribute their product line nationally by designing and building a 40,000 square foot distribution center in Grand Forks, ND. The new ACME Distribution Center sought to not only revolutionize technological systems integration for the warehouse but also to allow the building to be a catalyst for development of the new industrial park on the west side of Grand Forks. The building’s efficiency and location have added great value to ACME Tools distribution network all while staying under budget and on a very tight design and construction schedule.

The project was designed to allow for future expansion and full site build out with the intent that the client can double the size of the building to about 80,000 square feet giving ACME Tools future expansion and flexibility options as their business grows.
