Built in the fabric of Alexandria, MN the new Community-Based Outpatient Clinic provides care for veterans who would normally have to commute St. Cloud for care. The design intent of the structure is to provide a comfortable, warm, and inviting place for patients to receive care and consultation.

The over 9,900 SF facility houses several exam rooms, offices for a pharmacist, PCs, Consultants, Social Workers and Dieticians as well as the necessary space for medical professionals. In addition there are classroom spaces to provide patients with knowledge that they care take with them to aid in their every day health.
