Located in the historic Kutzky Park district in Rochester, MN near Mayo Clinic and the citywide bike path, the Cascade Creek Apartments bring much-needed affordable housing as a part of an overall reclamation master plan to update and invigorate the area.

With 40 apartment units, first-floor commercial space and an outdoor playground, Cascade Creek creates neighborhood infrastructure while using distinctive design to establish a sense of place within the historic fabric. This attention to detail earned the complex a CUDE Award, which are given to projects that contribute to Rochester’s quality of life and improve its appearance, function, and environmental quality.

To that end, Cascade Creek has received LEED Silver for Homes Certification.
