Headquartered in Duluth, Cirrus Design wanted a Grand Forks-based manufacturing facility which reflected the company’s brand while keeping operating costs as low as possible. To that end, sophisticated mechanical and electrical systems were value engineered to ensure the client a functional building while providing them an economical facility capable of growing with their company. This project was completed by Schoen Associates prior to joining JLG Architects.
The Cirrus facility was the first to be built in the new wing of the Industrial Park in Grand Forks, and kicked off a major development that created an entire manufacturing corridor.
