Cityscapes Plaza

Cityscapes Plaza is a five-story mixed-use building located on a key site in downtown Fargo, North Dakota. The project is owned by Cityscapes Development, but the upper four floors are managed by NDSU for students attending the new downtown campus of NDSU and are comprised of 104 apartments providing 214 student beds.

The 42,920 square feet ground floor is devoted to retail space, including a food court. The basement level provides parking for 75 cars in a heated parking garage.
