Coralville IRL Staybridge Suites

The Staybridge Suites at the Iowa River Landing is being developed by adapting the brand standards to fit within the context of the overall arena complex. The hotel is planned with 124 keys in just under 100,000 sf and will serve as the primary hotel for all of the events within the entire complex.

JLG is completing the planning and design for a new 6,500 seat capacity multi-purpose arena in Coralville, IA. The building is to be located in the Iowa River Landing redevelopment district and will serve as the primary traffic driver for the entire district. The arena facility also includes a 5-station fieldhouse, an indoor turf space, a sports performance and physical training center, an antique car museum, mixed use retail and office spaces, along with a Staybridge Suites hotel.
