A new kind of housing and commercial development surrounds the Grand Forks Park District’s newest amenity – an Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course.

The development features a master planned community with housing schools and recreational parks. The development is being constructed in phases and will feature new urbanist planning concepts.

Deacon’s Greens – the projects first phase will includes 71 residential lots on 37 acres. Large estate lots adjoin the course with street layouts designed to offer all residents selected views and experiences of the course.

Deacon’s Lakes features 296 residential lots and a five acre commercial development on 178 total acres. Manmade lakes provide a unique character for the region and give the development connecting links to the golf course.
