Faced with growing enrollment, an aging facility and remote classrooms the East Grand Forks Public School District #595 engaged JLG to assess the existing building’s ability to meet the needs of future generations of students.

Educational adequacy, building condition and code reviews highlighted opportunities for improvements to the existing High School and identified the need to expand.

The re-envisioned High School enhances collaboration between departments, updates STEM resources to meet emerging technologies, consolidates Arts and Music programs to support the Performing Arts Center, doubles shop space to meet ‘Project Lead the Way’ criteria and expands undersized gymnasium and athletic facilities.
