Elk River Community Center

The city of Elk River needed to replace three of their existing facilities run by their parks and recreation department. The facilities include their old 2-ice sheet arena, a small multipurpose building, and their existing senior activity center.

The purpose of the study was to develop solutions to address these aging facilities from addition/remodel solutions, to constructing one new facility that would consolidate the three.

The final solution was ultimately to construct a new facility that would better serve the community of Elk River, complete with new and improved amenities to serve all ages.
