JLG and Gage Brothers worked together to develop a design incorporating multiple bays of manufacturing lines, high tech concrete delivery systems, finishing bays, employee break spaces, locker rooms, meeting rooms, and offices. Gage Brother’s goal is not only manufacturing precast more efficiently, but also creating a safe and clean work environment for their employee owners. The new facility features energy efficient natural daylighting throughout, which will contribute to increasing employee energy and productivity. This building will be a physical symbol of Gage Brother’s commitment to innovation. Their vision of efficient processes and work spaces fostering productivity is why Gage Brothers will remain on the cutting edge of the precast manufacturing industry in the United States.
