The Happy Harry’s store is designed to represent a barn and elevator, placing it in harmony with the traditional architectural forms of the North Dakota prairie. The barn houses wide-open, flexible space that offers a variety of display options. The elevator creates a significant entry space as well as a place for the large company sign.

Inside, the loft contains administrative offices and meeting rooms. In keeping with the barn-form theme, the interior features large, laminated trusses. A vast skyroof provides a warm, natural light that compliments the cedar woodwork and wine displays.
