Located two blocks from SDSU and six blocks from downtown, The Lofts at Park Hill elevates the standard for quality of living in Brookings, South Dakota.

The exterior is inspired by simple forms and endurance of historic warehouse buildings with attention to detail and modern treatment of materials. Views toward campus and the arboretum will be available to tenant year round on the rooftop patio at the 4th level of the building. The street level experience is urban, active, and pedestrian friendly with a graciously landscaped terrace along the prominent 6th street and 4,500 sf of ground level retail with an outdoor patio at the corner.

Additional parking was required and creatively achieved by extending the building at the second level and above, over the parking at the west end, to serve the seventy-one living units at the 1st thru 4th floors of the building. Units were right sized, allowing for improved quality of materials, openness and built-in flexibility for privacy. The parking level contains storage options and bike parking for residents.
