Mallview Apartments

Located on a previously undeveloped outlot near Grand Forks’ regional shopping center, Mallview apartments attracts a unique clientele to the site- permanent residents. The complex consists of two four-story frame buildings with a total of 98 dwelling units. Two below-grade garages provide enclosed parking for residents, while additional surface parking is located within a courtyard. Market forces suggested a conventional apartment construction. However, a prominent location, and design approvals by mall ownership demanded something more.

By focusing on quality design and strategic use of upgraded finishes, JLG brought the design of a conventional building to a level appropriate to the location, and satisfying the aesthetic requirements of other parties.
