A combination hangar, waiting, day room and garage building is now connected to the existing Minot FBO in order to service the private aircraft and crew. The hangar provides inside parking for up to four aircraft alongside space for crews to work, wait and rest. It also provides a waiting area outside the main Minot FBO for oil-related passengers to congregate and to provide vehicle garages for corporate clients to use while they are in town.

The day rooms include a kitchenette, bathroom and living room for passengers who wish to relax during long layovers.
