The renovation of the Our Lady of the Angels Academy converts a historic parochial boarding school into modern apartments with historic character.

The project includes 24 units that are marketed to seniors. An attached stage area and gym space were transformed into a community gathering space and enclosed parking facilities, respectively. The project incorporates funding from the Central Minnesota Housing Partnership, USDA Rural Development, and Historic Tax Credits.

The refurbished building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and has found new life as a much-needed amenity in Little Falls.
