Severe flooding during the summer of 2002 caused significant damage to numerous buildings in the Ram’s Arena. Since the arena has been the breeding grounds for many college, Olympic and NHL players, the city desired to restore the facility.

JLG’s successful remodel included: replacing the existing concrete slabs and ice system, renovating the entire lower level, adding a new ice plant, and providing protection against future flooding.
