St. John’s Block Boutique Hotel

JLG is providing design and construction services for the renovation of the existing St. Johns Block Building in downtown Grand Forks, ND. The building will become a destination boutique hotel with 23 high end suites, a spa, salon, bar/lounge and rooftop bar. The design will emphasize the buildings history by utilizing elements of previous tenants such as the First National Bank Vault.

Natural materials will be used throughout the building to create a unique luxurious experience throughout every room of the Hotel.
