JLG design program updates for three patient floors in the UMMC Fairview hospital on the University of Minnesota campus. Patient units were completed in multiple phases over multiple years, as funding became available.

Core caregiver spaces were remodeled and updated, embracing the trend toward decentralized care with caregivers closer to patients. Work included nurse station revisions, new charting areas, medication rooms, and doctor touch-down spaces.

Patient room improvements include interior finishes, technology, and lighting upgrades. Unit 6C/6D Cardiac unit included telemetry upgrades.
