UND Aerospace provides one of the best possible aviation education and training available. With more than 2,200 students, the John D. Odegard school of Aerospace Sciences is the second largest college at the University of North Dakota. UND Aerospace is known around the world for academic excellence. The college has technologically advanced simulators and the world’s largest collegiate training fleet.

A new free-standing helicopter hangar adds to UND’s collection of impressive facilities. This specialized ramp and hangar, provided by the UND Aerospace Foundation, currently houses Schweitzer 300 and a Bell 208 helicopters.

The facility also includes an office wing for staff and students, and was constructed of precast concrete.
