University Flats

Responding to a need for housing and viability downtown, the University Flats incorporates many design ideas and responses into the development of community. The two-story brick structure includes eight for-sale condominium flats. Many small details are involved in the design reinforce the creation of community in the downtown. The scale of the development solidifies the very idea of downtown, while the architectural details uphold tradition, but are firmly set in the twenty-first century.
