Xcel Energy Center Addition

St. Paul, Minnesota

The north expansion to the Xcel Energy Center will add 72,000 sf, renovate 21,000 sf of existing space and fill in the remaining sliver of land along West 5th Street. The prime concourse adds escalators and an additional ticket lobby to relieve congestion and solve safety issues. New hospitality functions include two new club lounges and rooftop bar.

The project also includes new Minnesota Wild team spaces, concourse expansion, food service vertical circulation, a new 7,800 sf club lounge and offices for the Xcel Center management team.
